Refund Policy
M | J Peak Performance Coaching

1. Purpose of This Policy
At M | J Peak Performance Coaching, we are committed to providing coaching services with clarity, integrity, and professionalism. This Refund Policy is designed to ensure that clients understand their financial commitment before enrolling in a coaching program, package, workshop, or related service.
Coaching requires active participation, personal responsibility, and consistent engagement from the client. While we are committed to providing a professional coaching process, we do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, emotional, or career outcome.
2. Client Responsibility Before Enrollment
Before purchasing or enrolling in a coaching service, clients are responsible for reviewing the program’s description, fee structure, payment terms, scheduling expectations, and this Refund Policy.
By submitting payment, signing a coaching agreement, or beginning coaching services, the client acknowledges that they understand and accept the terms of this Refund Policy.
3. Refund Eligibility
A client may request a full refund within three calendar days of purchase, provided that no coaching session, program session, digital course access, workbook delivery, assessment review, or individualized coaching preparation has occurred.
After the three-day refund window, fees are considered earned according to the coaching services, preparation, materials, and access already provided.
4. Refunds Before Coaching Begins
If a client cancels after the three-day refund window but before the first scheduled coaching session or program session, M | J Peak Performance Coaching may issue a refund minus any non-recoverable third-party processing fees, administrative costs, or materials already provided, where permitted by law.
5. Refunds After Coaching Begins
Once coaching has begun, refunds are not guaranteed.
If a client chooses to withdraw after coaching services have started, M | J Peak Performance Coaching may, at its discretion, offer one of the following:
- A prorated refund for unused sessions;
- A credit toward a future coaching service;
- A transfer of unused coaching sessions to another eligible person;
- No refund, if the service has already been substantially delivered.
Sessions that have already occurred, have been missed without proper notice, or required individualized preparation are non-refundable.
6. No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy
Clients are expected to attend scheduled coaching sessions on time and prepared.
A session canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as a completed session and is not eligible for refund, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
A missed session without notice is considered a completed session and is non-refundable.
7. Payment Plans
If a client enrolls using a payment plan, the client remains responsible for completing all agreed payments unless a written cancellation or refund agreement is approved by M | J Peak Performance Coaching.
Failure to attend sessions, complete program work, or fully participate does not automatically cancel payment obligations.
If a refund or cancellation is approved, future payments may be canceled or adjusted in writing based on the services already delivered and the terms of the client’s agreement.
8. Digital Materials and Program Resources
Digital materials, workbooks, recordings, assessments, templates, exercises, and other program resources are considered delivered once access has been granted, or materials have been sent.
Fees associated with delivered digital materials or program resources are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
9. Ethical Termination by the Coach
M | J Peak Performance Coaching reserves the right to discontinue coaching services if the coaching relationship is no longer appropriate, productive, ethical, or aligned with the client’s needs.
If M | J Peak Performance Coaching initiates termination for reasons unrelated to client misconduct, a prorated refund may be issued for unused coaching sessions or services not yet delivered.
If services are terminated due to client misconduct, repeated missed sessions, non-payment, abusive behavior, ethical concerns, or violation of the coaching agreement, refunds may be denied.
10. How to Request a Refund

The request must include:
- Client name;
- Program or service purchased;
- Date of purchase;
- Reason for the refund request;
- Any relevant supporting information.
M | J Peak Performance Coaching will review refund requests and respond within seven business days. Approved refunds will typically be processed within ten business days after approval, though timing may vary based on the payment processor or financial institution.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact M | J Peak Performance Coaching directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.
Nothing in this policy limits a client’s rights under applicable law or through their payment provider.
12. Written Agreement Controls
If a signed coaching agreement contains refund, cancellation, or payment terms which differ from this Refund Policy, the signed coaching agreement shall be controlled unless prohibited by applicable law.
13. Policy Updates
M | J Peak Performance Coaching may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
