Whether you're retiring from a career or redefining life beyond motherhood, we're here to help you discover who you are in your next chapter.
Reframing Your Thinking is The Quickest Way to Expand Your Identity and Powerfully Step into Your Best Next Chapter
For the Veteran and Retiree
The role you held for a long time has come to an end, and that can feel exciting but can also leave you wondering what comes next.
This is the part most people face alone. When a role changes, a season ends, or a structure dissolves, it can feel disorienting. Identity has been tied to what you did, who needed you, or how you showed up. When that changes, feeling relevant and like you have a purpose might seem like it's too far away or that you missed it.
Matt is a Veteran and spent his early years into his midlife years serving in the military. Retirement came with feelings of accomplishment and excitement, but it also meant that life was going to change and with that change so was his role he had been in for years. This can be a very difficult time to navigate for many people. Because many Veterans and retirees go through the same journey, Matt made it his mission to support them through it.
Matt's coaching is about expanding identity on purpose. It is about understanding the programming that shaped the last chapter and choosing who you will be in the next one. You do not need to start over. You need to step forward from an identity that matches where you are now.
For the Empty Nester
For most of your life you were the one that was there for everyone else. You held the family together and if you were honest it felt good to be needed.
Mile stone after mile stone was reached and your children have grown up and are ready to start their own lives. You knew this time would come, but it arrived way faster than you expected. You feel the emotions happening in waves. Somedays are easier than others. The excitement, the guilt, the hurt of not being needed as much anymore, the thought of who am I now, and the question in the back of your mind, how many more good years do I have left.
Jennifer is a mom to four boys. She spent more than half of her life being a mom and created her identity around that. If someone asked about her, one of the first things she would proudly say was that she is a mom. As the kids grew up and moved out she realized that she didn't know who she was outside of being a mom. Many mom's find themselves in this same scenario. Along the way they forget who they are and put everything into the role of being a mom and when their kids get older and move out she is left living a life that she does not recognize.
Jennifer's coaching is about expanding identity and rediscovering who you are. When you can get clear on what that looks like for you and how you want to feel, everything else falls into place. It's Jennifer's mission to help mom's change their default thinking, strengthen their relationship with their child, and to create their best next chapter. The transformation they have will not only strengthen the new family dynamic but will also give them a sense of empowerment so they live their best life, and a side effect of that is that they will then be able to be a role model for their children and break a generational chain.
