 Jennifer is the co-founder of M & J Peak Performance Coaching, creator of the Money Thermostat Reset courses, and the Financial Identity Coach behind the RESET Framework.

With a background in Human Services and more than four years of coaching experience, Jennifer helps high-achieving individuals and generational curse breakers shift their internal money setting and rebuild their financial identity at the root. She teaches from lived experience, having transformed her own life after overcoming a childhood of instability, addiction, and homelessness.

The RESET Framework—Recognize, Envision, Shift, Embody, Track—is the foundation of her coaching and course content. It’s a method built to create sustainable, identity-level transformation that doesn’t rely on willpower or toxic hustle.

Jennifer’s core belief is simple: “It is meant for you too.” As a mother of four and wife of 19 years, she designs every course and tool to work in real life—not just in theory. Through M & J Peak Performance, she empowers her clients to break cycles, build internal stability, and reset their money story for good.

 Matt is the co-founder of M & J Peak Performance Coaching and co-creator of the RESET Framework, bringing over two decades of military leadership and real-world resilience into his work.

Matt excels in inspiring resilience, offering insightful perspectives, and steering individuals through complex situations with a strategic and pragmatic approach. His military service instilled in him the virtues of discipline, adaptability, and the critical role of leadership in both personal and professional settings.

Now a Project Manager in commercial construction, Matt continues to lead with calm authority, proven systems, and a no-fluff mindset. He helps clients build inner stability, shift from reaction to intention, and lead themselves through pressure with clarity and confidence.
