I grew up in instability—facing poverty, bullying, and the ripple effects of addiction all around me. Even after breaking cycles, earning a degree, building a family, and achieving milestones I once thought were impossible, I still felt restless and disconnected.
The truth? It wasn’t my achievements holding me back. It was the constant pushing, striving, and forcing—driven by the protector wound that made me believe I had to prove my worth just to be accepted and loved.
Through my background in hypnotherapy and my own healing, I discovered that what I needed wasn’t more effort—it was flow.
That’s why I created The RESET Framework—a practical method for shifting out of force and into flow so you can finally feel fulfilled, grounded, and free. It’s not about willpower or toxic hustle. It’s about clarity, resilience, and alignment.
